Itinerary
Day 1 – Welcome to Sarajevo
Arrive in Bosnia’s vibrant capital. Explore Baščaršija, the old Ottoman bazaar, visit the Latin Bridge, and enjoy your first taste of traditional Bosnian cuisine. In the evening, stroll along the Miljacka River and feel the city’s unique energy
Day 2 – Sarajevo Mountains & War Tunnel Museum
After breakfast, head to the surrounding mountains for breathtaking views of the city. Visit the 1984 Olympic sites on Trebević, then learn about Sarajevo’s resilience at the War Tunnel Museum. Optional dinner at a scenic restaurant overlooking the city lights
Day 3 – Travnik & Jajce – The Royal Route
Travel to Travnik, once the capital of Bosnian viziers. Visit its colorful mosque and the famous Plava Voda spring. Continue to Jajce, a fairytale town with a majestic waterfall and medieval fortress. Overnight stay in Jajce or return to Sarajevo.
Day 4 – Mostar & Blagaj – The Southern Gems
Journey to Herzegovina to discover Mostar’s world-famous Old Bridge and charming cobblestone streets. Visit Blagaj Tekke, a stunning 16th-century dervish monastery built beneath a cliff by the Buna River. Enjoy local specialties like cevapi or trout before returning north.
Day 5 – Departure or Optional Extension
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and some last-minute shopping for handmade crafts or Bosnian coffee sets. Optional airport transfer or extended stay in Sarajevo available upon request.
